Connecting Enapter MCP to Copilot Studio
This guide explains how to connect Enapter MCP Server to Microsoft Copilot Studio.
Prerequisites
- Access to Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Generative Orchestration enabled for your agent
- An active Enapter Cloud 3 subscription
Remote MCP Server
Copilot Studio supports remote MCP servers through the MCP onboarding wizard:

Open your agent in Copilot Studio.

Go to the Tools page.

Select Add a tool.

Select New tool.

Select Model Context Protocol. The MCP onboarding wizard appears.

Fill in the required fields:

Server name:
Enapter -
Server description:
Access energy data from Enapter Energy Management System -
Server URL:
https://mcp.enapter.com/mcp

Select the authentication type for your MCP server and configure it if needed.

Click Create.

On the Add tool dialog, select Create a new connection.

Select Add to agent to finish adding the MCP server.
Once connected, Enapter tools will be available to your Copilot Studio agent.
Try asking your agent something like:
"Show me the list of my Enapter devices."
